yes, as long as they don't push their beliefs on me. my aide's from lebanon where he's totally against "my life" if i were over there but here he's very tolerant of being "gay" and "sex before marriage" even flirting.

Asking someone out/flirting with them at their place of work (not yours): total no-no or acceptable on occasion? If it is acceptable to you, how would you go about doing it tactfully?
totally acceptable, just don't over due it. little affection is fine it helps build fire for later.
What's the first thing that you usually notice about someone you meet?
their lips, then the way they hold themselves/take care of themselves.... reflects how they feel about them which in turn will effect me.
